Positive: laminate flooring (to be published), fitted kitchen, bathroom with tub and window, balcony (a little narrow), right on the river Spree.
second
Positive: hardwood floors, enormous room, bathroom with either shower or bath, beautiful spacious balcony overlooking the River Spree. Too expensive and the sofa would not fit through the stairwell.

Positive:! Two balconies, witty cut in the bedroom, bathroom with shower and window, large kitchen. (Sorry, should then you buy flooring ...) Too many extra costs and it has no tub:).

Watt Street:
Conclusion: beautiful facade, and the flat cut is something different. The bathroom is without windows, but the tile color is extraordinary. With this, it gives off a little room by the kitchen table, but big enough in order to set up a job or a Swini room:). Only Unfortunately we will probably not be with the sofa down the hall ... The rent is also very solid and in the bedroom there is a super-ugly ceiling ... Rather not our thing ...
Bridge Street:
